DDS Algorithmics respects your privacy and is committed to handling information responsibly. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected and used when you visit the DDS Algorithmics website or use StageLine Perio.

 

Information you provide

If you contact DDS Algorithmics through email or a website form, you may voluntarily provide information such as your name, email address, and message. This information is used to respond to your inquiry or provide requested information.

StageLine Perio

StageLine Perio is designed for de-identified clinical use. It does not request patient names, dates of birth, medical record numbers, addresses, or other patient identifiers.

Do not enter patient-identifying information or protected health information into StageLine Perio.

Clinical information entered into StageLine Perio is used to generate the application's results. The current usage-tracking system does **not** store patient clinical information or calculator inputs.

StageLine Perio account and usage information

Access to StageLine Perio may require email verification through Cloudflare Access.

To understand how StageLine Perio is being used, maintain the service, and guide future improvements, DDS Algorithmics collects limited account, device, and usage information.

This may include:

- Email address used to access StageLine Perio

- Date and time of access

- Login events

- Page visits

- Calculator-use events

- Approximate city, state, ZIP code, and country derived from the user's internet connection

- Workstation or browser identifier

- Browser type

- Screen size

- Time zone

 

The StageLine Perio tracker does **not** collect or store patient names, patient identifiers, calculator inputs, or patient clinical data.

Usage information is stored within DDS Algorithmics' Cloudflare infrastructure, including Cloudflare D1. Backup copies may also be maintained within Cloudflare infrastructure for reliability and data recovery.

Usage records are currently retained for operational, analytical, and product-development purposes. Backup retention periods may differ from the primary database.

Website and technical information

The DDS Algorithmics website is hosted through Wix. Like most websites, Wix and related website technologies may automatically collect technical information such as browser type, device type, IP address, general geographic location, pages visited, and website usage information.

This information may be used for website operation, security, performance, and analytics.

Cookies and similar technologies

The DDS Algorithmics website and StageLine Perio may use cookies, browser storage, or similar technologies for functions such as authentication, security, maintaining user sessions, and website operation.
